Pour qu\u2019une autre personne puisse la r\u00e9utiliser en confiance, elle doit pouvoir comprendre ce qui est autoris\u00e9, ce qui ne l\u2019est pas et comment reconna\u00eetre le travail d\u2019origine.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une licence donne des rep\u00e8res<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les licences Creative Commons permettent d\u2019indiquer les conditions de r\u00e9utilisation d\u2019une \u0153uvre. Elles peuvent autoriser la copie, la redistribution, l\u2019adaptation ou le remix, tout en conservant certaines conditions comme l\u2019attribution de l\u2019auteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Les licences ne sont pas interchangeables. Une clause peut limiter la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier une ressource. Par exemple, la clause ND \u2014 Pas de modification emp\u00eache le troisi\u00e8me R : r\u00e9viser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Avant de publier une ressource, il est donc utile de se demander :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les autres peuvent-ils la modifier ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peuvent-ils l\u2019utiliser dans un nouveau contexte ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>doivent-ils conserver la m\u00eame licence ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019usage commercial est-il autoris\u00e9 ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comment doivent-ils citer l\u2019auteur ou l\u2019autrice ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une attribution utile<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une bonne attribution permet de retrouver la source et de comprendre la contribution de chacun. Elle devrait mentionner, lorsque l\u2019information est disponible :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le titre de la ressource ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le nom de l\u2019auteur ou de l\u2019autrice ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la source ou l\u2019URL ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la licence ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les modifications effectu\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la date ou la version utilis\u00e9e, lorsque cela est pertinent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019attribution n\u2019est pas un geste administratif secondaire. Elle rend visible la cha\u00eene de contributions et facilite la confiance entre les personnes qui partagent, adaptent et r\u00e9utilisent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Publier pour \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Une ressource peut \u00eatre juridiquement libre mais difficile \u00e0 r\u00e9utiliser si sa licence n\u2019est pas visible, si le fichier est impossible \u00e0 modifier ou si les sources ne sont pas indiqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Une publication r\u00e9ellement utile peut donc inclure :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un format ouvert ou facilement modifiable ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une licence clairement affich\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une attribution compl\u00e8te ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une courte description du contexte d\u2019usage ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une indication des adaptations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un lien vers la version d\u2019origine et, si possible, vers les versions d\u00e9riv\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choisir une licence : commencer par l\u2019intention<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bon choix d\u00e9pend de ce que l\u2019on souhaite permettre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019objectif est de favoriser les adaptations et les traductions, une licence qui autorise les modifications est n\u00e9cessaire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si l\u2019on souhaite que les d\u00e9riv\u00e9s restent ouverts, il faut \u00e9galement regarder la clause de partage dans les m\u00eames conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/chooser-beta.creativecommons.org\/\"><br>Le s\u00e9lecteur de licence Creative Commons<\/a> peut aider \u00e0 formuler ce choix. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il ne remplace pas la lecture des conditions et ne dispense pas de v\u00e9rifier que l\u2019on d\u00e9tient les droits n\u00e9cessaires sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments publi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour ouvrir le dialogue<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quelle information vous manque le plus souvent lorsque vous trouvez une ressource en ligne ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une attribution peut-elle \u00eatre courte tout en restant utile ?
